Cook
Description: Prepares appealing, nutritious food in accordance with state, federal and local regulations, and company standards for Hill View residents, employees, visitors, and the general public.
Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED required. Formal food preparation experience and/or training preferred.
Qualifications: Previous food preparation experience in a health care facility or professional business preferred. Must be able to organize work activities with minimal supervision. Must be able to set priorities and plan workload independently.
 
Cook’s Helper
Description: Assists Cooks in the preparation of appealing, nutritious food in accordance with state, federal and local regulations, and company standards for Hill View residents, employees, visitors, and the general public.
Education/Experience: Must have completed at least two years of high school. Formal food preparation experience preferred.
Qualifications: Previous food preparation experience in a health care facility or professional business preferred. Must be able to organize work activities with minimal supervision. Must be able to set priorities and plan workload with minimal supervision.
 
Dishwasher
Description: Maintains kitchen dishwashing work area in clean and orderly condition. Cleans dishes, pots and pans, and utensils according to standardized processes that comply with federal and state sanitation requirements.
Education/Experience: Must have completed at least two years of high school.
Qualifications: Must be able to organize work activities with minimal supervision. Must be able to set priorities and plan workload independently.
 
Housekeeper
Description: Primarily responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the Health Care Unit and the common areas of the Rotunda building. Responsible for providing laundry services for the Health Care Unit and for Health Care residents.
Education/Experience: Must have completed at least two years of high school. At least three months previous experience in facility housekeeping/laundry position preferred.
Qualifications: Demonstrates good interpersonal and communication skills. Must be able to organize work activities with minimal supervision. Must be able to set priorities and plan workload independently.
 
LPN - Assisted Living
Description: Primarily responsible for delivering and supervising nursing care and services to residents in our 42 bed and 25 bed Assisted Living units. Responsible for responding to medical needs of Independent Living residents when Clinic is closed. Responsible for monitoring care delivery, to assure that established standards of care are followed, and to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
Education/Experience: Must be a graduate of an approved LPN program.
Qualifications: Current licensure as an LPN in the State of Ohio required. Demonstrates good interpersonal and communication skills.
 
LPN - Security Coordinator-Assisted Living
Description: Responsible for providing nursing care to residents in Assisted Living in accordance with facility policies and procedures.  Responsible for monitoring residents, to identify care needs, and to take action, to assure these needs are met.  Responsible for responding to resident health care needs in Independent Living areas during times when the Clinic is closed.  Responsible for supervising and coordinating nursing care delivery of Assisted Living staff on his/her assigned shift.
Responsible for monitoring areas throughout the facility to assure that the safety and security of all residents is maintained.  Performs security patrols, responds to security/safety concerns and provides needed assistance to residents and employees on security-related issues.
Responsible for instilling a sense of safety and security to residents and staff by conducting his/her duties in a calm and reassuring manner.
Education/Experience: Must be a graduate of an approved LPN program.
Qualifications: Current licensure as an LPN in the State of Ohio required. Demonstrates good interpersonal and communication skills. Miniumum of 6 months clinical experience required.  Previous experience in dealing with facility security-related issues preferred.
 
LPN - Health Care
Description: Primarily responsible for delivering nursing care and services to residents in a 72 bed skilled nursing unit. Responsible for monitoring care delivery, to assure that established standards of care are followed, and to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
Education/Experience: Must be a graduate of an approved LPN program.
Qualifications: Current licensure as an LPN in the State of Ohio required. Demonstrates good interpersonal and communication skills.
 
Maintenance - 1
Description: Maintains all buildings and equipment throughout the campus in accordance with state, federal and local building and safety codes and regulations, to ensure a well-maintained, attractive and safe living environment for our residents, staff and visitors.
Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED required. At least one year training or equivalent experience in a maintenance/plant related position. Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical and mechanical principles required.
Qualifications: Must have ability to follow written directions. Demonstrates good interpersonal and communication skills. Must be able to organize work activities with minimal supervision. Must be able to set priorities and plan workload independently.
 
Maintenance - 2

Education/Experience: Must have completed at least two years of high school. High school diploma or GED certificate preferred. Must have successfully completed state-approved Nursing Assistant training program. Must pass state registry test within four months of employment.
Qualifications: Demonstrates good interpersonal and communication skills. Must be able to organize work activities with minimal supervision. Must be able to set priorities and plan workload independently.
 
Registered Nurse - Assisted Living
Description: Primarily responsible for delivering and supervising nursing care and services to residents in our 42 bed and 25 bed Assisted Living units. CNA
Description: Primarily responsible for caring for residents in Assisted Living under the direction of nursing staff. Responsible for housekeeping and laundry for the department and individual residents.
Education/Experience: Must have completed at least two years of high school. High school diploma or GED certificate preferred. Must have completed the S.T.N.A. Training and have a Certificate of Completion and/or Formal experience in personal care and housekeeping preferred.

Server
Description: Primarily responsible for serving meals to residents and guests in the dining room or other designated areas. Provides assistance in all nutrition services functions as directed, in accordance with established processes.
Education/Experience: Must have completed at least two years of high school. Previous experience as waitress/server preferred.
